Cancel Membership

Terms of Cancellation

You may cancel your Unlimited Monthly subscription, provided the plan has met the 2 month minimum cancellation requirement.  Cancellation request must be completed and submitted 5 days prior to the recharge date in order for the card not to be charged.

You must fill out the form completely.
The barcode will consists of either a 6-digit code (ex. 123456) or a 5-digit + 6-digit code (ex. 12345 + 123456). If you no longer have the barcode please type in N/A.

The Credit card information is required.  You must enter the first 5 numbers & the last 4 numbers of the Credit card that the payment is being charged to. This will help us to accurately locate the barcode that needs to be cancelled.

Please be sure and put your phone number incase we need to contact you and your email address if you would like a copy of the cancellation receipt for your records.

Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

Yes, if you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us at carwash@mitfine.com.

Can I cancel my plan online?

Yes, provided the plan has met the 2 month minimum cancellation requirement. (After your 2nd payment with at least 5 days notice in writing prior to your recharge date.) Select Cancel Membership and fill out the online form to cancel your plan.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

If you have your pass number, please visit any location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please contact us.

Can I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by a location to change plans.

How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
